Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run It's Your Benefits. We never sell your personal information, and we never ask for your medical records.

1. What we collect

When you join: your name, your email and your payment details. Payment details go straight to Stripe through Circle. We never see your full card number.
In the community: your profile and anything you post, comment or upload.
When you email us: your message and your email address.
When you visit the site: basic usage data from cookies and similar tools, including the Meta pixel, which tells us which ads lead to visits and sign-ups.

Medical records, VA claim numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents. Please don't post or send them. If they're posted in the community, we take them down.

To run your membership: access, billing and support.
To email you about your membership, plus any updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from updates anytime.
To improve the site and the course, and to measure our ads.

Only the service providers that run parts of It's Your Benefits, and only for that job:

We also share information when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@itsyourbenefits.com. We may keep some records, like payment records, when the law requires it.

We use trusted providers and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we never ask you for sensitive documents.

It's Your Benefits is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll tell members by email.
